WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We have various international distribution centres worldwide including U.S, U.K, Europe, Asia and Australia .

 

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Chaos Boxing partners with numerous international merchants, distributors and wholesalers in order to provide you with highest quality products at affordable prices. 

As some items are shipped directly from our multiple international warehouses, some orders may be received in less than a week, However due to different import policies worldwide, some products can take between 3-5 weeks. And may arrive individually.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

Please note, orders may be delayed temporarily at your country's customs department and this can often happen without explanation. It is relatively rare that your order will experience delays however, if this is situation then please contact us & your local country's customs department for an update.

Note: if for any reason your order is not released by customs, we will send you a replacement!

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

No worries! Contact us and we'll help guide you through the process - we will provide you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.
